ONE Function Only Venue: All of our facilities including the use of our gardens for photographs are exclusively yours to enjoy for the duration of your Wedding Reception.
Three-Course Meal: A Three-Course Meal will be served from our extensive menu alternately to all your guests. This will be followed by Tea, Coffee and After Dinner Chocolates.
Unlimited Beer, Wines, Soft Drinks: Once seated, guests will enjoy full table service being served Beer, Wine and Soft Drink for the duration of your function. When speeches begin, Champagne will be served to all guests for the toasts.
Hot Canapés: Hand made hot canapés will be served prior to your guests being escorted to their table.
Champagne Cocktails: Guests will enjoy champagne cocktails coloured to the theme of your wedding on arrival.
Free Garden Ceremony: If you choose to have a Garden Ceremony, you have exclusive use of our Gazebo and Gardens as the backdrop. The additional time of one hour prior for your Wedding Reception will give you enough time to capture the moments of your special day.
No Room Venue Hire: There is no room venue hire, let your guests relax and enjoy the comforts and surrounds of Tudor Lodge.
Professional Master of Ceremonies: During your Wedding Reception our MC, who works exclusively for Tudor Lodge will be on hand to assist you with Toasts, ensuring all runs smoothly. The MC will also visit you in your home a week prior to the Reception to discuss the format of the Reception ensuring plenty of time for you and your guests to socialise and party.
Children under 12: Children can often be very picky eaters so we offer them a special kids menu.
Car Parking: To best utilise the available car parking on our premises, one of our Waiters will be on hand to direct people where to park. Two family cars (usually the parents) have spaces especially reserved for them.
Wedding Organiser: When you book your Wedding Reception with us you will receive Tudor’s complimentary Wedding Organiser to assist you with your floor plan, guides for Toasts, and information on our recommended providers offering discounts, such as photographers, bridal wear, bridal cars & more.
White Chair Covers & Satin Bows: For that elegant look, all chairs will be covered and complimented with White Satin hand-tied Bows.
Table Decorations: To add to the romantic feel of your wedding reception, you will have the choice of either Gold or Black Candelabras placed on each of your guests tables with matching larger Candelabras placed on the Bridal Table.
